Mason Young Property Consultants were appointed on behalf of Slap & Tickle marketing agency to sell their office premises. The property was put under offer after 3 weeks of being on the market; we didn’t even have time to get the board up! After 3 months, contracts were exchanged and completion took place earlier this week. Needless to say the vendors were very happy and we wish the new purchaser all the best with their business going forward.
