Mason Young are proud to announce the sale of Unit 1 Spencer Street. The building has recently been constructed having lay derelict for more than 20 years being a parade of shops which fell into a state of disrepair. Refurbished by a local developer, the site has been fully let and sold by Mason Young. We would like to welcome the new occupiers to the Jewellery Quarter and wish them all the best for the future.
